Long Time Coming...

So its been a longgg while since i last updated.

Nothing much happened tho..

I went to KL for my brother's wedding registration.

Uhmm helped him snap some pics.

Although I dont really like it there, its good.. i mean a vacation after the hectic semester.. lol

Overall i guess it was a good trip.

Upon reaching back to Kuching, I saw the head of my college arts and design faculty.

lol~ waved at him as he waved back..

That's like the only wave we communicate actually, we just wave at each other.

Cos i've never been his students in any of my subs so its like awkward.

but he knows me, n i know him. LOL

during my stay at KL during the time when I got nothing to do.

 yeahh.. hmmm nothing much to say on this one.
Good story, nice graphics, interesting take on the original Battleship game.

Its genre is horror.. BUT it felt more like a comedy..

Thir13en Ghosts

A classic, downloaded it cos my friend wanted to watch.
I loved this movie when it first came out. and rewatching it. made me love it just the same :)

What I've learned from all the horror movies I watched is...

EVERY HORROR MOVIE WILL HAVE THAT SPECIAL MOMENT.

Every horror movie would always have that one moment when they give you the highest depth of horror in the film.
That one scene that would make you remember the movie for a very long time.

It could be a disgusting act, eerie makeup, freaking sound, watever. it will make you remember the film!

Also~ pictures aren't as scary as in the movie :)

Example 1: Mirror (2008), The girl who tore her own jaw off by reflection.

Example 2: The Shinning (1997 remake), The lady in the bath tub.

But not fun enough to be re-played.

Comparing it to my one month of playing Skyrim... Reckoning has failed in comparison.

Anyway~
I've been busy spending 80% of my time at college finishing up my assignment.
And now i'm actually almost done with it all, and with 2 weeks left to spare before the pass up date.
Feels like i'm already on holiday~
ahahaha Monday (9/4) was the last day i went out to my assignment with C.
Of course~ we ended up not doing it..
actually.. we ended up going for Sushi king bonanza around noon.
Walked around later on.. and ended up at star cineplex watching

had fun laughing at the movie, uhmm yeahh.. ahaha~ its nice ya know?
finishing up assignments n hanging out with my best buddy in college relaxing in a cinema hall.
ahahah the movie is goodddd~ uhmm.. its a story i can relate... heh..
sighhh~ really really can relate. :( but i guess that's why its good :) mehh check it out yourself.

LAST WEEK~
hmm went for a few family dinners... uhmm
went to this cafe called, Railway, near my house o_O
which sold epic huge western burgers and fries, chicken chop etc.. and weirdly enough
japanese food as well as, chinese food. uhmm yeah..
But its cute little cafe.. lol~ tho its quite hard to find o__o!
definitely gonna head there again next time :D

Last thursday, me n C did our assignment from 8am - 9pm.
kinda torturing our lecturer with questions before she leaves for her thailand holiday.
around 5pm, we headed home awhile before coming back for the night class.
got to meet up with Grace. lol! its like been a longggg time since i last chat with her.
I think it was like my first semester that i actually talked to her.
till now which is like my 3rd last semester. O.O
so yeahh~ chatted about random stuff.. including Titanic 3D -_-
ahahaha~ not an interesting topic, but surprisingly she likes titanic.
And was asking for people's opinion cos everyone says its a waste of money.
uhmm~ i gave her the same comment. :X wahaha~
For good friday and easter weekend.
uhmm yeahh... i spent it doing my assignments :(
but its all worth it :)


hmm~ i guess thats it... Havent had the chance to meet up with MY yet. :(

Games

uhmmm hmmm~ ohhh! Bought a bunch of classic games simply because they're cheap and I need something to do for my 2+month holidays ( I LOVEEE NOT HAVING EXAMS!).
Such as

Rogue Galaxy

Which is a Role Playing Game, but its about Space pirates, so the whole setup just makes me think of..... Treasure Planet XD which is just awesome!



Uhmm its actually quite hard to play, but the storyline isn't bad.
The english dub isn't that bad either.
and it comes with a large group of weird yet interesting characters.


So overall its good and worth playing.. and of course a good time consumer.
No where near the best PS2 RPG~ PERSONA tho..
But lets face it, nothing can compare to that xD


2ndly I got this cuteee game called
OKAMI

which the graphics is drawn with those chinese paint brushes
and they talk in echoed gibberish.. and with cute japanese spirit characters.
Its the story of how the wolf spirit Okami fights again the evil snake demon Orochi.
One of the oldest Japanese myth ever. :)

3rd we have
Armored Core
A robot fighting game.. this one is reallyyyy hard to play..
But uhmm its still nice? ahaha.. havent really played it yet.
Been too hooked onto Rogue Galaxy.

And finally we got,
State Of Emergency 2


which is kinda like a comic book style of Grand Theft Auto.
But with more storyline and style.. and its more arcade style above all else.
A good game to just get into and whack the heck out of officers and gangsters.



OVERALL

I think thats pretty much it.. :)
ahaha~ I still get sad from time to time..
But overall I'm still content with my life...
Still unsure of what the future holds... But for right now.. its not half bad..
I still get lonely at times :( but thats unavoidable i guess?

I'm kinda just hope feelings like this go away in time..
I dont say it openly but my mind has been set on the fact that maybe;

Happiness is just an illusion.
Which makes me feel as though nothing is really important anymore.

Oh, last month.. Poema had a Q&A video,

Ahh soo the 3v3 League Of Legends competition on saturday was a bust,
lost at the first round to the group that got 2nd place in the end..
mmhmm.. bad luck i guess.

The 5v5 competition still hasn't been confirm yet, I hope it happens...
but then its on my class field trip day.sad case..

lately I havent been sleeping well..
ahaha.. I dunno what's wrong really, thinking too much i guess.
I had a nightmare 2days ago..
It was like a horror movie.. ahaha...
Of how people you see everyday may not be people at all.
But a specter a spirit.. an unrest..
And every night when the moon is full these spirits whispers their deepest thoughts to the ones closest to them.. whether good or bad they are there..
In my dreams there were,
people were saying that during the days they slumber they sleep inside the trees..

So thats a freaky thought.. How trees are actually haunted spirits.... heh..
And how late in the night they speak to selected people in silence..
The death of many was caused by these whispers of the dead..

And it's shown me how abnormal I am to have weird dreams like these :\ ..

Last night I had another dream.. It was more on world balance though..
It was like saying you will always gain if u lose something in return.
It wasn't really a dream or a nightmare is like my inner thoughts were just battling each other.
ahaha.. I wasn't even sure if I was asleep or thinking out loud.. hmm

I guess... her passing had a big impact on me... sigh..
I dont even know how to recover from this...
I mean... Its just hard.. :\
And no matter how i look at it.. I just dont know how to get over it..
However, these emotions that's been eating me the last few days have produced an artwork of pure..... loneliness?

uhmm, lately I guess i havent been all to myself.
The past still haunts me -_- and it totally sucks.

So, I really cant wait, to just finish studying and the get out of this place..
my plan is solid and I'm gonna take my chance the moment it comes at me :)
find a job, earn some cash, learn Japanese. And leave for Japan when the time comes.

Migration.. that is the choice I have chosen.
Cos' I really need a new start at life..

No more of this sickening thoughts of being lonely or having a meaningless life, etc. etc.
I'mma own my life and rock it out the best way I know how.

By restarting it at a whole different place and level!
and all I gotta do, is to get through a couple of years! :'D

It's a funny thing.. having a dream for one's self..
and only at the final moments realizing it's becoming a reality faster than you can possibly imagine~

Games

I bought 2 new games!

Mortal Kombat: Armageddon / Mortal Kombat 7

It was the last Mortal kombat release for the PS2,
MK8 was the mixed one, Mortal Kombat vs DC.Comics for the PS3 and X360
then the lastest is Mortal Kombat 9, which just released not long ago.

Mortal Kombat 7 has a unique feature that allows the player to create your own fighter,
u even get to give them their fighting style, and special moves..
So.. I was bored, and thus i created, Yip Man.. with Wing Chun fighting style.
And I'll be honest, he sucks at fighting in the game -_-! ahahax
But its fun to see him fight xD

Okay~ Now, I'll be honest, I've never liked the Mortal Kombat series.
Frankly because, I didnt know what it was about. I thought it was just another fighting game.
And the first movie was release in 1995,
I remember watching it, but not having a clue what it was about..
but then I rewatched it again (it actually has pretty good effect for such an old movie)

Then I did my research, and learnt all the stories that revolve around the MK franchise.
So it's about a warlord wanting to conquer other dimensions.
And the Gods were not strong enough or at least not allowed to interfere with mortal affairs.
But instead they made a deal with the warlord, that if he wants to take over a realm
all he has to do is beat the realm's best champions in mortal kombat.
They accepted and thus Mortal Kombat was created.

Now this is applicable to both sides, so anyone can just challenge another realm to battle.
that's pretty much what the story is about, fighting to conquer other worlds.. simple.
but then they have all these weirdos from all the other dimensions.
making it more interesting in it's own sense..


Sorry! Multimedia students.. its only right for me to do research on classic video games and movies.. and how they've evolved over the years :)


Now if it was a modern day Mortal Kombat, with a more realistic twist..
This is how it would be like, all the fighters would be psychos instead.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance


Okay, well this is like X-men Legends, where players get to pick 4 playable heroes
and do their special missions. in X-men Legends you were only able to play well, the x-men members. in Marvel ultimate alliance, you can play most of the Marvel characters
ranging from Wolverine, Iron man, Thor, Capt.America, Black Widow, Ghost Rider, Hulk, The Fantastic Four, Iceman, Psylocke, Ms.Marvel, Spiderman, Spidergirl, SheHulk, Daredevil, etc. etc.

Now what makes this game interesting, is how each character has their own storyline.
Meaning however you set up your 4 character team, would determine a different outcome in the entire story.. Overall its fun :) Graphics could've been better tho.
